Bad customer service

I ordered a storage rack for my sink. It was too big I sent it back and filled out the paper work and sent back to brylan theybin turn put a label on and shipped it back too me. I called and tried to explain what happen their customer service report. Insisted she had to send bar code to my phone and I explained I could not print it off finally had to get a supervisor who sent me an email that I could print and send the merchandise back. Sent back on august 29th and now they are telling me never received this. We aent it back ups through post office for which the man at post office took the package and said no okay this is a return. Now brylan is charging a late fee plus payment for merchandise I do not have and said needed to file a dispute which will take 90 days. Also when I called spent one and half hour on the phone and their supervisor was rude and hung up on me. Their customer service is rude. Their company is awful to deal with I will never buy from them again and plan to close my account. They have poor communication skills, bad customer relations, and supervisors who and staff that are not customer oriented.

Horrible cs, catalog company cheats the customer

I just spent an hour+ trying to place an order from the catalog by using their online order system. When I got to the total, I had been charged the full amount of the order, not the sale price. I called customer service and explained what had happened. Their answer was to continue charging the full price because I was placing the order online. So, I asked if I call in my order, will I receive the sale price that way. The answer was "no" because telephone orders are always charged the full price, never a sale price. So far, I haven't figured out how to ever order anything from them without using my computer or the telephone. I didn't try using mail…. I don't think that would have worked, either. I am disgusted with this company. I will never order from them again, and I asked to be removed from their mailing list. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

This place is a scam!

Like others have written, I've never received my package, was throw in into a swirl of customer service issues and asked to produce a police report proving package never delivered - SCAM.

Charged Me a Restocking Fee for Their Error!

I ordered a gold bedspread, received confirmation with correct information via email. Received blue floral instead. I returned the bedspread and Brylane charged me a restocking fee for their error! I was NOT credited for the full amount of my order. This was clearly company error, poor customer service and I will never order from the again. DO NOT ORDER_THEIR RETURN POLICY IS A SCAM!

Return item

I ordered a little dog holding a bear very small wasn't the same as book so I returned it. Iam being called everyday saying I have a past due amount. I have spoke to 3 people telling them I return it. So they put it on my credit as being late 2 months. I wrote to the BBB and bryland answer by saying they don't give out personal information. I will never order anything from bryland. I plan to hire attorney!

Santa Fe Striped 20 piece flatware

The handles break off in your hand as you stir fruit into cereal, mixing tuna, cutting vegetables, etc. I have called as well as emailed and the company says sorry. I am single and was traveling so flatware was not used since I traveled most of May and June. Now that I have company, it is embarrassing that the silverware is breaking off in my company's hands.

Awful Company

I brought a Dish drain was pleased when it arrived but within a week it started to rust. I made an attempt to return it and they offered me 20% off my purchase it shouldn't rust in one week. I also purchased a oversized double wardrobe with shoe storage. The material is so cheap and ripped shortly after I assembled it. This product did not match what I ordered from the catalog. I just paid this balance off and will never order anything from this horrible company it's simply horrible. Be warned don't order from this company.

They are a horrible company, all of them that are connected together, Brylanr, Women Within, Romans, the Customer service is bad. I never received my rewards and I have spent alot of money there. I go to my rewards today and there gone. Could never access them. Their out sourcing is bad. Please can I speak to someone who understands me! WTF

Terrible company policy for returns

This is the worst company I've ever Put up with trying to return an items. The scarves and panels do not match the bedspread they are very blue and they should be seaglass which is on the green side. One is damaged lines going through it besides the color wrong. For me to return them I have to take a loss of $60. Worst damn company I've ever dealt with in all my years of buying. I will never buy from them again and trust me if you think you're going to exchange something and get your money back you are totally mistaken. Think twice before buying from them. I'm very pissed off. I'm also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Stay away form them and their line of credit! Horrible customer service- they don't respond promptly to your requests, incomplete answers, don't follow through as promised... and they will completely screw up your credit with their fees and lack of attention
